GAS Group is searching for a Group Social Influence Manager to be based in our brand new state-of-the-art, covid-secure Sea View HQ. You will enter a new world where you experience our unbelievable office facilities which include a subsidised restaurant “Gastro”, a gym “GASFit” and a variety of creative social spaces, not to mention the cliff top views and chill-out zones. 

The essentials

With your online status and presence, we would expect you to have at least 3 years’ experience in a strategic marketing or social media role. With a track record of creating high quality video content, from concept through to execution, editing and measuring success.

Evidence of delivering exponential social media growth and a strong understanding of brand is expected.

You should also have a commercial mindset, adept at spotting opportunities to maximise revenue as well as partnerships and sponsorships across social media in order to leverage engagement.

The role

Being the group influencer, you are responsible for the creation of high-quality content to meet our growth plans. You will be tasked with building a significantly sized and genuinely engaged social media following on all our platforms, whilst also managing the production of high-quality content (with a strong focus on video content).

Your expertise in this field will allow you to leverage existing commercial relationships and develop new relationships with a view to supporting the PR and Communications Manager and the Group Travel Co-Ordinator to help secure free-of-charge colleague incentives.

In the coming months you will also manage your own team of Content Executives who will help you expand horizons for yourself and the Group.

What we look for

Confident, dynamic, personable and creative are all the qualities we are looking for to be successful in this role.

A background in both B2B and B2C marketing/social media would be desirable.

Experience of using video editing software such as premier pro or equivalent is a must alongside

exceptional written, communication and personal skills.
