£18,000 – £25,000 Starting salary (dependent on experience) + Commission + M/Fw Incentives

About the job
B2B Sales Lead Generator is responsible for prospecting, generating and driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline. Working within a telesales environment, you will make outbound calls to business customers offering a range of services across our portfolio of “cost saving solutions”, this would include procurement of waste, water, energy, business insurance and PDQ machines. Identify the decision-maker within that company and through rapport building, identify/find a need for our services. The “lead” or potential opportunity is then managed by an experienced energy consultant and driven to convert into the sale.
The successful candidate must firstly be able to show a proven track record of increasing sales revenues and meeting or exceeding personal targets. Alongside that you will love talking to people and understanding their needs, show resilience and have a tenacious approach.
