Pricing Specialist, Central

With a fresh thinking approach to the energy market, our Central team still in it’s first year, has increased headcount by 50% and revenue by 75%.  With the innovative hybrid idea of Business Development Managers focusing on partnership arrangements, we’ve experienced outstanding success in client numbers and revenue.

The team is unusual in that they are, in the main, highly experienced (3 years or more) in the technicalities of our industry, and so understand and appreciate the larger more complex clients’ needs and demands.

As the leads and opportunities increase, so too does the need for skilled Pricing Specialists, or Closers. We’re looking for proficient Energy Consultants or Closers, with at least 2 years of success in our industry, proven in exceeding monthly revenue targets.  Ideally, we’d like someone accustomed to dealing with high-usage customers, and the contract complexities associated with top end SME/corporate businesses.

Our ideal person will be accustomed to building strong relationships with those providing the leads to them as well as being able to create a strong rapport with the customer. Candidates will take a keen interest in market conditions and trends and will visibly use this knowledge in their liaison with customers and creation of tenders and proposals.

Obviously, you will be a highly motivated, self-starter driven by targets and ultimately the closure of a sale. You will have a dynamic personality with the ability to influence key decision makers to ensure every lead/opportunity becomes a sale, whilst maintaining an exceptional level of customer service.

Do you have;

  • At least 2 years experience in the B2B energy market
  • Exceed a monthly revenue target, by closing leads passed to you
  • Understand the demands of the sector, its competitive nature and how tenacity and integrity will always win
  • Prioritise and time manage yourself (and possibly others).
